This throw bag is attached to a belt with quick release buckle for easy deploy. The rope is easily accessible by pulling out a high vis ball through a flexible hole in the neoprene cover. The hole then helps navigate the toss better.
The bags is made from very durable polyester fabric with excellent tensile properties and excellent color fastness - no fading in a sun. The fabric is resistant to diesel fuel and detergent.
